Privacy policy
This policy covers this website — what it collects when you use it, and what happens to that. Information we hold about residents in the course of providing care is covered separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form. There are two on the site, and they ask for the following:
- The tour enquiry form, on the homepage and on several other pages: your name, phone number, email address, which kind of care you are asking about, and the day you would like to visit.
- The job application form, on the careers page: your name, phone number, email address, the role and hours you are after, anything you choose to write in the free-text box, and a CV if you attach one.
Both forms have an optional tick-box asking whether we may text you. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. It does not build a profile of you, and it has nothing to sell or share with advertisers. There is no account to create and nothing to pay for.
Why we ask for it
To answer you. A tour enquiry is used to arrange the visit and to talk to you about whether the community suits your family. An application is used to consider you for the role. We do not use either for anything else.
Your rights
California residents have rights over personal information under state law, including the right to know what is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. To exercise any of them, call us on (714) 775-6775 and say what you would like us to do.
Talking to us about this
Call (714) 775-6775, or write to Westbrook Park Senior Living, 15302 Brookhurst Street, Westminster, CA 92683.
Not final. Needs Oxford Health Group's counsel before launch.
What is above describes the website's behaviour and was verified against the code. It is deliberately silent on everything that depends on how the business actually operates, and a complete policy needs those answers: how long enquiries and applications are kept and what ends them; who inside Oxford can see them; which processors touch them once the forms are wired up; the full CCPA/CPRA category disclosures and the "do not sell or share" position; and whether this policy covers the group or this community alone.
Two statements above are load-bearing and will silently stop being true:no cookies or analytics ends the day a tag manager is added, and the forms description ends the day they are connected to a provider and data starts leaving the site. Revisit this page in both of those commits.
Do not resolve this by copying the policy on the Greenleaf Court theme in reference/. That one is written for a California community but cites Colorado law throughout.
